A little about me

I was born and raised in Montana, where I learned to appreciate the beauty in small things and grew to love the stunning landscapes that surround us. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Montana State University and went on to complete my Master of Social Work through Walden University.

My approach to therapy is rooted in partnership. I aim to empower and support you as you seek peace and healing within yourself. We all carry the scars of relationships that have gone awry, unfulfilled expectations, and times when we have felt unseen or alone—experiences that can leave lasting wounds.

Together, we can reexamine your story through the lens of strength and resilience, and work toward restoring a sense of health and wholeness both inside and out.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy time with my dog, Surrender, hiking the beautiful trails of the Gallatin Valley, playing board games, and laughing with friends. I look forward to hearing your story.
